How is our service?

Applications - Why can’t I log into my online application?

  • Check that “Caps Lock” is not on.
  • Check the opening page to see if there are messages or alerts that inform you that the online system is temporarily unavailable.
  • Check that you are using the correct email address and password on your acknowledgement email to access your account. If you are still unable to log into your online application please contact the Call Centre on +27 11 717 1888 for assistance.
